To support our company expansion plans, Unitec IT Solutions requires a New Business Lead Generator to grow our SME client base. Communicating across multiple avenues (telephony, email and online) to engage and promote IT services and to set up appointments for field-based colleagues.

This position reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospect, generate, qualify, process and follow up on leads and set appointments for external sales team
  • Collaboratively work with the sales & marketing team and company leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
  • Initiate lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Initiate and participate in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts and own follow-through with the lead prospect
  • Provide consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
  • Effectively communicate and present the company’s product solution and value proposition to customers
  • Provide consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
  • Achieve sales lead gen and appointment quotas

What We’re Looking For

  • Preferably a background in business-business selling
  • Professional verbal and written skills
  • Passion for selling
  • Full drivers license and able to work in Ireland
  • Would suit a highly motivated, multitasking problem solver


€ Based on experience + commission and company car
