Customer Feedback – Springside Medical

“During this time Sarah never lost patience and managed us in a calm and reassuring way.  We felt in capable hands at all time .  The move itself was completed with the least amount of disruption to our medical practice. A fact that was really appreciated by Dr. Brady & Dr. Ní Fhoghlú.  Everything was well prepared in advance and executed by Sarah and her team to the highest of standards.  Sarah and Shane worked tirelessly all over the weekend with no complaints.  Shane was at our beck and call and dealt with all our queries in a pleasant and amicable manner.  For us non- tech people this was exactly what we had hoped for.

We got to know Sarah, Shane and Sandor and shared a few laughs over the course of what we thought was going to be an unbelievably difficult move.  In fact, we could not have anticipated the work and effort put in by Sarah nor asked for a better team to look after us.   I asked around for opinions on what made the move easy for us . We’ve agreed one of  the most important points was the easy access to Unitec staff.  Phone calls were answered and queries dealt with promptly.  I have found Steve to be a most obliging person and quick to log issues for us.   We look forward to a continued good working relationship with Unitec.   On behalf of Dr. Brady, Dr. Ní Fhoghlú and all the staff at Springside Medical , a big THANK YOU.
