As we approach the end of 2020, we can safely say that it ended up being a challenge that none of us could have predicted.

While we continued to support and innovate for our clients in our “normal” capacity, we also facilitated new ways of working for the vast majority of our clients’ workforces and ensured that their businesses could continue to operate, despite the impact of the pandemic.
