It’s fair to say that 2020 was a challenging year – for us and for our clients.
The biggest news of the year was, of course, the COVID-19 virus and the impact it had on our clients and their businesses.
The Unitec team worked around the clock to ensure clients (of all sizes!) could continue to operate in the “new normal”.
Top of the list for many were:
- Facilitating work-from-home scenarios
- VoIP Telecoms
- Remote access
- Cloud migrations
- Security considerations
- Data protection and disaster recovery
We’re grateful that we can make a real and positive impact on so many businesses – taking the worry out of IT – and appreciate all the great feedback we’ve received from clients.
Looking forward, Unitec will continue to grow in 2021 – we plan to add team members to fill roles in our sales and finance departments, as well as various technical positions.
We’ll also continue to develop our key partnerships with industry leaders such as Dell, Fortinet, Datto and Microsoft, ensuring that we continue to bring the best solutions and innovations technology has to offer to our clients and enabling us to have a positive impact on even more businesses all around the country.
